Yes, our SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funded courses are mapped against the Infocomm Technology (ICT) Skills Framework (SFw).

No, for SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funded courses, we will only collect the Nett Fees (after the grants/subsidy).

We offer bespoke blue/red team exercises through 2 of our cyber ranges. We start by understanding learning intent (e.g. to stress test tech and SOP capabilities, level of customisation (mimic your network with brands), and second order details like no. of pax, no. of days, competency of participants and etc). Your network and its associated appliances can be designed and configured to mimic your network. This will, as you would expect, introduce realism and relevancy in the exercise.

Pick from our library of more than 20 scenarios of varying complexities to test your SOPs, tech team competencies. If none of these scenarios suit your needs, we can create customised scenarios in discussion with you.

Depending on your intended learning outcomes, the conduct can be heavily facilitated or minimum touch. In this manner, we will match your learners’ competency with the instruction methods.

The training venue will be at ST Engineering Cybersecurity Academy (STECA). If the venue needs to be at your premise, you would have to be responsible to ensure that the necessary equipment (computers, laptops) are prepared as per the lesson requirements.

Yes, for all SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funded courses, there will be an assessment at the end of the course. The participant will have to be assessed and certified “Competent”.

If a candidate wishes to appeal against the assessment result, a written appeal must be submitted within seven (7) working days of the assessment date. An assessor panel, excluding the Assessor involved in the Candidate’s assessment, will be appointed by the Company to review the assessment process and evidence collected.

There is a S$100 Appeal Fee (excluding GST) that all appellants have to pay. This is not refundable.
